Dear trainer,
Summer has already begun and we hope you are all enjoying the nice weather (from time to time, it is still the Netherlands after all...). At OCD Opleidingen, we are still working, although with limited staffing, and remain available throughout the summer for all your questions and support. In this newsletter, we want to update you on the latest developments and interesting topics within our organization, so you can read it at your leisure and stay well-informed.
Until August 18, we are on our summer break, during which we have paused most of our training sessions due to limited support and to ensure quality. We look forward to restarting new and existing training sessions from August 19 and continuing to build on the success of our training programs together.

Growing Together: Follow-up Training and Your Role as a Trainer
Your role as a trainer goes beyond just teaching. You are a guide and mentor for your trainees, and your insights are invaluable in determining their further learning path.
By talking to your trainee about their progress, motivation, and future goals, you can discover if a follow-up training is the right step to achieve their objectives. Your expertise and experience with the trainee are essential to make a proposal that perfectly fits their goals. This creates a continuous learning path that seamlessly aligns with their development needs and takes them further.
Continuing Without Interruptions
An extension offers the possibility to continue the trainee's journey without interruption. Your knowledge of their needs and progress allows you to propose exactly the right amount of extra lessons, tailored to their specific situation. This not only ensures a consistent learning experience but also gives you the chance to deepen your bond with the trainee and guide them even better. Extensions contribute to the stability of your income: more lessons, longer duration, and less preparation as with a new project, which provides extra work and ensures the effectiveness of the training.
Collaborating in Advising
When advising trainees about extending their training, your insight as an expert is crucial. The principle is that an extension advice is always genuine and arises because it is in the trainee's best interest. Consider factors such as the trainee's progress, set goals, and their motivation. An extension gives the trainee extra time to practice skills and achieve goals, increasing the chance of meeting the set objectives. This process not only helps the trainee but also generates extra work for you and ensures the effectiveness of the training.
If you advise extending the training, discuss it with the project manager involved. The project manager can help by thinking along and will take care of the follow-up, such as preparing the offer and further sales handling.
Growth and Challenges
We are proud of our growth, but it also brings challenges. Growing pains are inevitable, but we see these as opportunities for further development of our organization. Thanks to your efforts, we can shape this growth and maintain our quality. Together we ensure that these challenges lead to positive changes and improvements within OCD Opleidingen.

Collaboration with Trainers
We are pleased to announce that we are currently working with no less than 145 trainers, both Microsoft and language trainers. This collaboration is proof of our growing network and the value we create together. We want to maintain this momentum and continue to expand.
Highlights of Incompany Training
In the past months, we have had the pleasure of providing several beautiful incompany group training sessions. Here are some of the organizations where we have provided training:

These sessions demonstrate how customization and flexibility lead to successful learning experiences. We are proud of the results and the satisfaction of our customers. We couldn't achieve this without your efforts, so thank you once again!
Expansion to Belgium
As announced in the previous newsletter, we are now active in Belgium. We are pleased to announce that we have already successfully completed several projects in Flanders. This expansion enables us to reach even more professionals and support their development. We will keep you updated on further developments and successes in this region.
Organizational Changes
Soon, there will be some changes in our organization. Although we cannot be specific at this moment, we want to prepare you for these changes. We continue to strive for a smooth transition and continuity in our services. Once all roles are clear, we will inform you. Stay tuned for further updates.
